Payments and refunds

What you are buying

A full detailed report for one resume and one role, as described on the payment page. The free preview and free checks cost nothing. Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) and are what you pay. Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate.

How payment works

• Payment is made to SoftwareToday by UPI. After you pay, you enter your email and the UPI transaction reference. We check the payment and email a single-use coupon code, usually within a few hours.
• You can also receive a code from a partner (for example a coaching centre, college or agency) who bought it from us. The partner's own fee to you is between you and the partner.
• A code is for one resume and one role. Codes are valid for 30 days from creation.

No refund after use

The report is a digital service that is delivered immediately when you redeem the code and it is generated. For that reason:

• Once a code is redeemed and a report is generated, the payment is not refundable, including where you are unhappy with the score, did not read the report, or chose the wrong resume or role.
• A code that is not used before it lapses is not refunded.
• We do not keep your report. There are no accounts, so please download your PDF as soon as the report is ready. A report you did not download cannot be recovered, and this is not a ground for refund.
• The score, pay ranges and plans are estimates based on your resume and the job postings read at the time. They are guidance, not a prediction of any hiring decision, so a different outcome from what you hoped for is not a ground for refund.

When we will put things right

Write to us within 7 days at info@resumetics.in with your payment reference if:

• you were charged more than once for the same order (we refund the extra payment);
• money left your account but we did not send a working code (we send the code, or refund if we cannot);
• a code failed because of a fault on our side and no report could be generated (we fix it and give you a new code, or refund if we cannot).

Approved refunds go back to the original payment source within a reasonable time, usually 5 to 10 working days. We may ask for proof of payment.

Codes bought from a partner

Partners buy codes from us in advance. Codes that a partner has already issued follow the same rules as above. Ask the partner about their own fees.

Taxes and invoices

Payments are made to SoftwareToday. Where it is registered for GST, prices include applicable tax and you can ask for an invoice at the email below.
