Who we are

Resumetics.in is a product of SoftwareToday, which operates the site and receives all payments. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean SoftwareToday. Company details are available at softwaretoday.in. Contact: info@resumetics.in.

What the service does

Resumetics.in checks a resume against a target role and gives an estimated fit score, gaps, suggestions and, in the paid report, rewrites, plans and practice material. Scores, pay ranges and plans are estimates from fixed rules and the job postings read at the time (see How scoring works). They are guidance for improving a resume. They are not a prediction of any hiring decision, and we do not promise any interview, job or salary.

Your responsibilities

• Upload only a resume that is yours, or that you have permission to use.
• Check every suggestion and every rewritten line before you use it. Include only what is true. You are responsible for what you send to employers.
• Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping, attempts to break or overload it, sharing or reselling codes you were not allowed to resell, or uploading unlawful or harmful material.
• Download your report PDF when it is ready. We do not keep reports and there are no accounts to return to.
• Keep your coupon code private. Anyone who has the code can use it.

Payments, codes and refunds

Paid reports are bought with a single-use coupon code. Prices, how payment works and the refund rules are in Payments and refunds, which forms part of these terms. In short, once a code is used and a report is generated, the payment is not refunded.

Partners and resellers

Partners may buy codes from us and pass them to their own clients. Partners see only the status of their codes. They do not see a client's resume, role or report. Partners may not claim that they are us, that we endorse their services, or that a report predicts a hiring result. Partner pages show “powered by Resumetics.in”. We may suspend a partner or a code that is misused.

AI-assisted content

Some paid-report parts (such as line rewrites and a profile summary) are written with the help of an AI service. They can contain mistakes. Read them, edit them, and keep only what is accurate for you. See the Privacy policy for how your text is handled.

Third-party names

Names of other companies and software (for example applicant tracking systems) are used only to describe what those companies publish. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Our content and trademarks

The site, reports, layouts and text are owned by SoftwareToday or its licensors. You may use your own report for your own job search. You may not copy or resell the site or its content. Resumetics.in and Beyond Resume are trademarks of SoftwareToday; registration has been applied for in India.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the site running, but it may be unavailable at times and features may change. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

Limits on our liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost opportunities, income or employment. Our total liability for any claim about a paid report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India with jurisdiction. Please write to us first at info@resumetics.in and we will try to resolve the matter.
